Page Field

Page Field sits inside the Fort Myers city limits, which puts it roughly 3 miles from downtown and 10 miles from Fort Myers Beach. For passengers heading to Sanibel, Captiva, Cape Coral, or Fort Myers proper, it is the practical choice over Southwest Florida International (RSW), which is 15 miles east and built for commercial traffic.

The airport is general aviation only. There are no airline gates, no TSA queues, and no terminal congestion. FBO facilities are available on the field for fuel, catering, and ground handling. The airport does not have U.S. Customs and Border Protection services, so international arrivals must clear at a port of entry before landing here.

Page Field does not operate around the clock. Hours are limited, and overnight operations may not be available depending on the season. Confirm arrival and departure windows with your FBO when planning early-morning or late-evening legs.

Downtown Fort Myers is about 10 minutes by car from the airport. Fort Myers Beach runs 20 to 25 minutes depending on traffic on Summerlin Road. Sanibel Island is roughly 25 minutes; Captiva adds another 10 minutes beyond the causeway. Cape Coral is 15 to 20 minutes northwest across the Caloosahatchee River.

Car service and rental cars are the standard options. Rideshare availability is generally good in the Fort Myers area. Naples is about 45 minutes south on I-75 if that is the final destination, though RSW is closer to Naples and worth comparing.
