• Cookies: A randomly generated anonymous identifier to associate usage data with your session

2. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver flight alert notifications you create
• Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets)
• Send marketing emails about empty leg deals, new features, and aviation content
• Improve our service based on aggregate usage patterns
• Personalize search results and recommendations based on your profile

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Email delivery (SendGrid), analytics (Mixpanel), and hosting infrastructure, solely to operate AceJet

4. Email Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional and marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time. Transactional emails (alerts, account notifications) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

• Unverified accounts are automatically deleted after 7 days
• Active accounts are retained as long as you use the service
• You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing [email protected]

We use a single first-party cookie to associate anonymous analytics data with your browsing session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

AceJet is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
