AceJet ("we," "us," "our") is an information service that aggregates empty leg private jet flight listings from Part 135 air carriers. We do not sell flights, act as a broker, or arrange charter transportation. All bookings are made directly between you and the operating carrier.

2. Account Registration

By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. How We Use Your Information

When you register, we collect your email address along with optional profile information such as your home airport and flight frequency. We use this information to:

• Provide access to flight pricing, operator contact details, and alert features
• Send you flight alerts you create
• Send you marketing emails about new routes, deals, and AceJet features
• Improve our service based on aggregate usage patterns

4. Email Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive email communications from AceJet, including:

• Transactional emails: Flight alerts, account notifications, and password resets
• Marketing emails: New route announcements, deals, tips, and product updates

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every message. Transactional emails related to your account and alerts cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

5. Flight Information Disclaimer

Flight listings are sourced directly from operator websites and are provided for informational purposes only. Availability, pricing, and aircraft details may change without notice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing. Always confirm details directly with the operator before making travel arrangements.

6. No Broker Relationship

AceJet is not an air carrier, broker, or travel agent. We provide contact information so you can deal directly with the certificated Part 135 operator. We have no involvement in the booking, pricing, or execution of any flight and assume no liability related to your travel.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from AceJet
• Use our data to operate a competing service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent any restrictions
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on AceJet are owned by us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

AceJet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, reliance on flight information, or interactions with operators.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AceJet after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
