Execaire operates 24/7, providing aircraft ground handling, line service, Canada Customs clearance, flight planning, weather monitoring, Jet A1 fuel, anti-icing, aircraft ground power, VIP security protocols, custom catering, car rentals, courtesy transportation, and hotel bookings. The FBO joined the Avfuel-branded network in November 2024, connecting it to Avfuel's contract fuel and rewards programs. The UP Express train connects Pearson to Union Station in about 25 minutes, but access is from the commercial Terminal 1, not the FBO ramps. Mississauga city centre is roughly 10 minutes away. Hamilton is about 70 km southwest, around 50 to 60 minutes. Niagara Falls is approximately 130 km, about 90 minutes by road.
