About Signature Flight Support
Signature Flight Support opened a new terminal at Palm Beach International in November 2025, at 1500 Perimeter Rd, West Palm Beach. The new building covers 15,700 sq ft of terminal space and includes a 30,000 sq ft Group II aircraft hangar and 5,000 sq ft of leasable office space for operators and flight departments based at PBI. The facility replaced Signature's previous Palm Beach location with a purpose-built structure sized for the aircraft types and volume that define PBI traffic.
The terminal separates passenger groups with intent. Multiple guest lounges handle the mix of individuals, corporate parties, and families that characterize Palm Beach traffic. A dedicated family lounge offers a quieter space away from main passenger flow and professional crew areas. A guest cafe on the terminal floor provides food and beverage service without requiring passengers to leave the secured ramp zone.
Crew facilities include a lounge with showers and an amenities bar, kept physically separate from the passenger areas. Three conference rooms handle business meetings and working sessions, so passengers can use schedule gaps productively without traveling into West Palm Beach.
Signature holds a long-term exclusive private terminal agreement with NetJets at this location, designating it the primary PBI facility for NetJets passengers and crews. Other operators access the facility through Signature's ELITE+ program, which aligns fuel pricing, standardizes handling procedures, and establishes reciprocal service commitments across the network.
Ground transportation including car service, limousine, and helicopter access is coordinated through the FBO desk.
The facility runs 24 hours a day. Palm Beach generates concentrated charter volume between November and April, with peak-weekend arrivals sometimes stacking several aircraft on the ramp within short windows. The new terminal's ramp footprint and staffing are sized to keep that volume moving without delays.

Operations at Palm Beach International Airport
Palm Beach island is about 8 miles east of the airport, a 15 to 20 minute drive depending on the bridge crossing over the Intracoastal Waterway. Downtown West Palm Beach is 4 miles away, roughly 10 minutes. Boca Raton is 25 miles south, typically 30 to 35 minutes by car. Fort Lauderdale is 45 miles south, around 50 minutes without traffic. Miami is 70 miles south, closer to 75 to 90 minutes. Car service and black car companies operate out of PBI routinely given the clientele, and most FBOs can arrange ground transport on request. Rental car desks are on-site for commercial arrivals; private terminal guests typically arrange pickup directly through the FBO.
