Jet Aviation opened its Palm Beach International facility in 2020, building a new terminal and hangar from scratch. The 11,270 sq ft terminal connects to a 42,000 sq ft hangar with 30 ft door clearance, sufficient for the tail heights of large-cabin aircraft including Gulfstream G700s and Bombardier Global 7500s. The dedicated ramp covers 64,188 sq ft, giving ground crews room to work multiple wide-body aircraft simultaneously without congesting the staging area.

The campus shares space with a Gulfstream maintenance operation. The combined passenger terminal floor exceeds 9,000 sq ft, which keeps the environment open even during peak-season weeks when the ramp holds several aircraft at once.

The facility carries IS-BAH Stage 2 certification, a ground handling safety standard requiring documented procedures, trained staff, and third-party verification through regular audits. The AIN FBO Survey rated this location 4.75 out of 5, placing it in the top 5 percent of FBOs surveyed nationally. Professional Pilot included it on their Top 10 list. The AIN survey recognized it as Most Improved within its first year of operation, and it has since ranked in the top 5 FBOs in the Americas.

Sustainability features are built into the physical plant: a white roof reduces solar heat absorption, heat-reducing tarmac lowers surface temperatures on the ramp, low-flow fixtures cut water use, and drought-resistant landscaping eliminates irrigation requirements. Both domestic and international handling are available. International arrivals coordinate customs clearance on site. Aircraft cleaning and nightly hangaring complete the service list.
