About Regal Air

Regal Air has operated at Paine Field in Everett, Washington since 1985, providing FBO services alongside flight training, aircraft rentals, charter, and maintenance. The facility serves as a general aviation anchor at an airport that has grown significantly since Alaska Airlines and other carriers began scheduled commercial service from Paine Field's passenger terminal in 2019. For charter passengers, Regal Air offers a straightforward, no-frills FBO experience. The facility provides 100LL fuel service with the fuel truck available seven days a week during business hours. Transient and monthly tie-downs are available, along with tugging for aircraft up to 6,000 pounds. Deicing and frost removal services address the Pacific Northwest's frequent cold-weather conditions. A pilot shop carries supplies and accessories, and aircraft cleaning and detailing services are available. The lounge provides a waiting area for passengers between flights. Paine Field's location in Everett puts it about 28 miles north of downtown Seattle, making it the closest airport to destinations in Snohomish County, including the Boeing Everett Factory, Providence Regional Medical Center, and the city of Everett's developing waterfront district. The airport is also convenient for passengers heading to Whidbey Island, the San Juan Islands ferry terminals, and the communities along the I-5 corridor north of Seattle. The 9,010-foot primary runway handles all business jet types. Regal Air competes with Propeller Aero Services and the larger Castle and Cooke Aviation facility on the same field. Its long tenure and established reputation in the Everett aviation community make it a familiar choice for regular visitors to the area, though passengers seeking more upscale terminal amenities may prefer one of the newer FBO options at Paine Field.
