About Propeller Aero Services
Propeller Aero Services is a full-service FBO at Paine Field in Everett, Washington, founded by Brett Smith on the former Castle and Cooke Aviation location. The facility handles aircraft ranging from single-engine Cessna 172s to Boeing 747s, giving it one of the broadest service capabilities at the airport. The terminal underwent a complete renovation to create a bright, contemporary space designed with the modern traveler in mind. The emphasis on refined amenities and high-touch concierge services sets Propeller apart from the more traditional FBOs at Paine Field. Passengers benefit from attentive service that covers hotel arrangements, ground transportation coordination, and local recommendations. The facility includes 20,000 square feet of hangar space that can accommodate aircraft up to the Bombardier Challenger 350 category. Ground support equipment includes 28-volt DC power, oil service, oxygen, potable water, and lavatory service. Paine Field's 9,010-foot runway accepts all business jet types, and the airport's location 28 miles north of downtown Seattle makes it an attractive alternative to Boeing Field or Sea-Tac for passengers whose destinations are in north King County, Snohomish County, or the Eastside communities of Bellevue and Kirkland. The Boeing Everett factory, which produces the 747, 767, 777, and 787, is located directly on the airport property, and Propeller handles visiting aircraft for Boeing-related business. The Everett waterfront, Mukilteo ferry terminal to Whidbey Island, and Future of Flight Aviation Center are all nearby. Propeller also maintains safe and secure cargo management capabilities, which serves the area's logistics and manufacturing sectors. For passengers seeking a polished, boutique-style FBO experience north of Seattle, Propeller Aero Services delivers a step above the standard.
