John Glenn Columbus International Airport handles both commercial and private traffic on the same field. Private passengers arrive through the FBO ramp, separate from the commercial terminals, so the experience on the ground is straightforward. Signature Flight Support operates the main FBO at CMH and provides the standard suite of services: crew cars, catering coordination, fuel, and passenger lounges.

CMH has no slot requirements and no formal noise curfew, which gives scheduling flexibility uncommon at busier metro airports. The airport operates around the clock. U.S. Customs and Border Protection is available on-site, so international arrivals clear here without diverting to another facility.

Car service and black car options are well established at CMH given the volume of business travel through Columbus. No helicopter transfer service operates regularly from CMH to the city.
