About Signature Flight Support
Signature Flight Support is the sole FBO at Boston Logan International Airport, giving it an exclusive position at one of the Northeast's most important business aviation airports. Located at 240 Prescott Street in East Boston, the terminal sits just three miles from downtown Boston, the Financial District, and the Back Bay. That proximity is the main selling point: charter passengers can be in a downtown hotel or meeting within minutes of wheels down, faster than almost any other major East Coast airport can deliver. The FBO operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with U.S. Customs on site for international arrivals. Three sleep rooms provide rest space for crews on long duty days, and the pilot lounge includes a video library and standard amenities. Crew car service is available. Logan's location on Boston Harbor means the approach can be scenic, and the airport's multiple runways handle business jets efficiently alongside the heavy commercial traffic. For charter passengers, the FBO provides a private, controlled environment that avoids the congestion of Logan's commercial terminals entirely. The facility supports fueling, ground handling, and aircraft parking, though ramp space can be tight during peak periods such as fall foliage season, Red Sox playoff runs, and major convention weeks. Ground transportation options from the FBO include car services, rental cars, and rideshare pickups. The FBO's position within the Signature global network means that contract fuel, loyalty programs, and standardized service levels carry over from other locations. Boston's concentration of hospitals, universities, financial firms, and technology companies drives year-round business aviation demand.

Operations at Boston Logan International Airport
Downtown Boston is 3 miles from the terminal, a 10 to 20 minute drive depending on tunnel congestion. The Ted Williams Tunnel (I-90) is the standard route for Signature FBO passengers heading to the Seaport, Financial District, or Back Bay. Cambridge and the MIT area run about 5 miles and 20 to 30 minutes by car. Boston Water Taxi operates a private water taxi service directly from the airport dock to the Seaport and downtown wharves in roughly 10 minutes, which avoids tunnel traffic entirely. Black car and car service pickup is available at the FBO. Logan Express buses serve Braintree, Framingham, and Woburn for passengers connecting to the suburbs, though private passengers typically use car service.
