Argyle International Airport

Argyle International Airport opened in 2017 on the eastern coast of St. Vincent, replacing the old E.T. Joshua Airport at Arnos Vale. It handles jet-capable runways and international customs, making it the practical entry point for private aviation into St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The airport is relatively uncongested compared to busier Caribbean hubs, and slot requirements are not typically a concern for private operators.

For private passengers, Argyle is usually a transit point rather than a final destination. The Grenadines chain, including Mustique, Canouan, Bequia, and Petit St. Vincent, lies to the south. Passengers arriving on a private jet at TVSA often connect onward by small aircraft to the island-specific airstrips or by water taxi and private boat. The airport has general aviation handling, customs and immigration on-site, and a small FBO area.

Kingstown is roughly 5 miles west of the airport, a 15 to 20 minute drive depending on traffic. Taxis are available at the terminal. There is no public rail. Car hire desks operate inside the terminal. For passengers heading to the Grenadines, private water taxis and charter flights to Mustique (TVSM), Canouan (TVSC), and Bequia (TVSB) depart from the airport or from the Kingstown ferry terminal a short drive away.
