Vero Beach Regional Airport

Vero Beach Regional is a no-slot, no-curfew airport that handles private traffic without the congestion of Palm Beach International or Melbourne Orlando. The field sits at 24 feet elevation with two runways, the primary being 7,975 feet, long enough for heavy cabin aircraft. FBO services are available through Vero Beach Aviation, which handles fuel, ramp, and passenger services.

The airport is in Indian River County, one of the wealthier counties on Florida's east coast. It draws a steady stream of private traffic for golf, waterfront properties, and the Vero Beach area generally. There are no commercial airline operations to compete with on the ramp.

No customs facility is on site. International arrivals must clear at a Port of Entry before landing at KVRB.

Downtown Vero Beach is about 3 miles east, a 10-minute drive. The beach and barrier island are roughly 5 miles from the ramp. Fort Pierce is 25 miles south (about 30 minutes). Palm Beach is approximately 65 miles south, around 75 minutes by car without traffic. Orlando is about 100 miles northwest, roughly 1 hour 45 minutes. Car rentals are available at the airport. Car service and black car options are available but should be arranged in advance, as this is not a major car service hub.
