About Jet Aviation
Jet Aviation operates from a recently renovated 84,000-square-foot terminal at Washington Dulles International Airport, positioned northwest of the main commercial terminals with six hangars and 10 acres of ramp space. The facility was acquired from Ross Aviation in 2017 and brought under the Jet Aviation brand, which is owned by General Dynamics. The renovated terminal includes on-site Customs and Immigration clearance for international flights, a VIP lounge, a flight planning center, a crew quiet room, an executive conference room, and on-site car rental. Line service capabilities cover complete ground handling, domestic and international trip support, aircraft cleaning, de-icing, and operations for aircraft up to a Boeing 747 and large cargo configurations. Dulles is the Washington, D.C. area's primary international gateway and handles significant diplomatic, government, and corporate traffic. The FBO is about 25 miles west of the White House and 30 minutes from downtown in normal traffic conditions via the Dulles Access Road. For passengers connecting to international flights or arriving from overseas on private aircraft, the on-site customs facility streamlines what can otherwise be a lengthy clearance process. The six hangars provide ample covered storage options, important during D.C.'s hot summers and icy winters. Jet Aviation is one of the premium FBO brands globally, with locations across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, and their Dulles facility reflects that international standard. For charter passengers visiting the nation's capital, the northern Virginia tech corridor, or connecting through Dulles for onward international travel, this is one of the most complete FBO facilities in the D.C. market.
