Downtown Cedar Rapids is about 10 miles southeast of the airport, typically 15 to 20 minutes by car. Iowa City and the University of Iowa campus are approximately 25 miles south on I-380, a 30-minute drive in normal conditions. Car rentals are available at the terminal.
