About Skyservice Seattle
Skyservice Seattle opened in September 2024 as the newest facility at Boeing Field. The 50,000 square foot climate-controlled hangar accommodates the largest business jets currently in production: the Gulfstream G700 and G800, Bombardier Global 7500 and 8000, and Dassault Falcon 10X all fit without repositioning complications. Door dimensions and tow clearances handle those airframes from arrival through departure.
A two-story open reception area anchors the terminal on arrival. A 1,600 square foot second-floor terrace delivers direct sightlines to Mount Rainier on clear days, a view that regularly stops passengers who arrive without expecting it. Private meeting rooms handle business continuity between legs, and dedicated crew rest areas keep crew downtime separate from passenger lounges, which lets crews manage rest requirements without occupying the main terminal space. Customs clearance runs on-site, shortening the international arrival sequence for flights inbound from Canada or overseas without busing passengers to a remote CBP facility.
Skyservice operates within the Paragon Aviation Group network, aligning fuel contract terms and handling standards with other Paragon locations. High-speed connectivity runs throughout the terminal and onto the apron. The facility runs 24 hours, seven days a week.
Boeing Field sits 7 miles south of downtown Seattle, roughly 15 minutes by car to the South Lake Union tech corridor, Capitol Hill, or the waterfront. Compared to Seattle-Tacoma International, KBFI eliminates the commercial traffic volume that creates taxiway delays at SEA and compresses the ramp-to-curb sequence to minutes rather than the 30-plus minutes typical on commercial arrivals. For ultra-long-range aircraft routing through the Pacific Northwest, Skyservice's hangar capacity and on-site customs infrastructure make it the most capable new facility in the region.
