About Signature Flight Support

Signature Flight Support operates at Vancouver International Airport with two ramp locations (East and West) serving private jet traffic for the Lower Mainland. The Signature Vancouver West facility features newly renovated amenities including shower facilities, wheelchair accessibility with an elevator, and a soundproof crew sleeping and rest area. The terminal and ramp are secured, and the facility provides executive lounges, private customs and CANPASS processing, Jet A and Avgas 100LL fueling, hangar space, and luxury ground transportation coordination. The FBO operates 24/7 as part of the global Signature network, offering the TailWins pilot rewards program and consistent service standards that frequent private travelers will recognize from Signature locations worldwide. For charter passengers, the dual-ramp setup at Vancouver provides operational flexibility. The private terminal experience keeps you away from the busy commercial terminal at YVR, and the customs processing happens within the FBO for international arrivals. Vancouver International is located on Sea Island in Richmond, about 25 minutes from downtown Vancouver, 30 minutes from North Vancouver, and roughly 40 minutes from Whistler via the Sea-to-Sky Highway. The airport is also a common departure point for flights to Victoria, the Gulf Islands, and BC's Interior. Signature can arrange car rentals, limousine service, and hotel bookings. The facility handles aircraft of all sizes up to large-cabin jets, and the renovated crew facilities reflect Signature's recent investment in upgrading its Canadian locations.

Downtown Vancouver is 16 km north of the airport via Highway 99 and the Granville Street or Oak Street corridors. In light traffic the drive takes 20-25 minutes. During weekday rush hours, particularly 7-9am and 4-7pm, the same trip can run 45-60 minutes. Black car and executive van services operate directly from the FBO ramp. Whistler is roughly 125 km north on Highway 99, about 2 hours in normal conditions, longer in ski season on winter weekends. Helicopter transfers to downtown Vancouver or the North Shore are available from the airfield and cut the transit to under 10 minutes. The Canada Line SkyTrain connects the airport terminal to downtown in 25 minutes, though private jet passengers typically arrange ground transport through the FBO.
