Regina International Airport

Regina International handles both commercial and private traffic, with dedicated FBO ramp space separate from the terminal. CBSA customs is available on site for international arrivals, including cross-border flights from the US. For US-origin flights, pre-clearance is not available here, so you clear customs on arrival in Regina. Confirm CBSA officer availability for after-hours arrivals, as staffing can require advance notice outside regular business hours.

The airport sits at 1,894 feet elevation, which affects performance on hot-summer days for longer-range aircraft. Winter operations are routine, with active de-icing facilities and a runway maintenance program suited to Saskatchewan conditions.

Downtown Regina is 5 km from the airport, roughly a 10-minute drive with no traffic. The Saskatchewan Legislative Building and most hotels are within that corridor. Car rental desks are inside the terminal. Taxis and rideshare operate from the main arrivals area. There is no helicopter transfer option, but the short distance to the city center makes surface transport straightforward for most passengers.
