About Executive Flight Centre
Executive Flight Centre operates three separate terminals at Edmonton International Airport, giving it the largest FBO footprint at the field. Terminal 1 is the primary executive facility, featuring a private passenger lounge, a large open lobby, a flight planning room, a pilots lounge, and the largest secure heated hangar of any FBO at YEG. Customer service agents are on duty around the clock. Terminal 3, the industrial charter terminal, caters to fly-in/fly-out workforce operations for Alberta's energy sector, with a spacious passenger lobby, comfortable lounges, over 500 parking stalls, and access to a hangar that can accommodate up to five Boeing 737s. For charter passengers on corporate or private flights, Terminal 1 provides the most relevant experience: you arrive at the private entrance, check in at the lobby, and walk directly to your aircraft through the heated hangar or across the ramp. The executive lounge offers a quiet space to work or relax before departure. Aircraft cleaning and detailing services are available for owners and operators between flights. EFC supplies Jet A1 fuel and provides full ground handling including de-icing, which is essential during Edmonton's long winter season. The facility is located on the east side of the airport at 3684 53 Avenue East, about 30 minutes from downtown Edmonton. Rental car and ground transport arrangements can be made through the front desk.

Operations at Edmonton International Airport
Downtown Edmonton is approximately 29 km north of the airport, a drive of 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic on Highway 2 (the Queen Elizabeth II Highway). The Nisku business park and many oil and gas corporate campuses are within 10 to 15 minutes of the terminal. Leduc is 10 minutes south. Car service and black car operators are available from the airport, and major rental car companies have on-site counters. The Edmonton Valley Line LRT does not currently extend to the airport; ground transportation by car is the practical option. Banff is roughly 3.5 hours by road via Highway 2 south to the Trans-Canada.
