Signature Flight Support operates at Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport on Beef Island, which is connected to Tortola by a bridge and serves as the main airport for the British Virgin Islands. Signature acquired this location through its purchase of IAM Jet Centre's Caribbean holdings and now provides ground handling, Jet A fueling, and passenger services as part of its global network of over 200 FBO locations.

The facility includes a passenger lounge, concierge services, and coordination of ground transportation and onward travel arrangements. Customs and immigration clearance is handled at the FBO, and the staff are consistently praised for their friendliness, efficient concierge service, and clean facilities. Ground transportation connects passengers to Tortola's Road Town, where marinas, hotels, and ferry services provide access to the wider BVI archipelago.
