About United States Aviation
United States Aviation has operated at Tulsa International since April 1987, at 4141 North Memorial Drive, Tulsa, OK 74115, phone 918-585-3100. The FBO sits in Hangar 35 at the north end of runway 18L. The physical scale is substantial: 150,000 square feet of ramp space, 40,000 square feet of hangar, and a 5,000 square foot terminal.
This is the only 24/7 full-service CAA preferred FBO at Tulsa International, which means it carries the certification and operational continuity that corporate aviation account managers typically require for consistent trip planning. The 24-hour designation is not nominal; the full operation, including fueling, ground handling, and passenger services, runs around the clock.
The FBO holds a Part 135 certificate with worldwide operating authority, which extends its capability beyond ground handling into actual charter operations if needed. The facility also runs Black Hawk helicopter air crane operations and government contracting work, indicating a level of operational complexity and compliance infrastructure that exceeds a standard general aviation FBO.
For charter passengers, the terminal provides the reception and lounge functions you expect from a full-service stop. The ramp scale means parking is available for aircraft of all sizes, and the north end position on 18L gives efficient access for both arrivals and departures.
Tulsa International sits 6 miles from downtown Tulsa. Ground transport to the BOK Center corridor, the Tulsa Arts District, or Midtown runs under 15 minutes. Passengers heading to the Gathering Place riverfront area or the University of Tulsa are similarly close. The family ownership has remained consistent since the 1987 founding.
