About Atlantic Aviation
Atlantic Aviation at Tulsa International operates around the clock from 7120 East Apache Street, Tulsa, OK 74115, phone (918) 836-6592. The ramp covers 25 acres, giving the team space to stage multiple aircraft simultaneously without the congestion that builds at smaller ramps during busy departure windows.
For passengers, the terminal has the basics covered. A lounge with conference room access lets you hold a quick meeting or make calls before ground transport arrives. The crew area includes a flight planning room, private showers, and a snooze room for pilots managing rest requirements on multi-day trips. Courtesy crew cars are available, and the 24/7 staffing means arrival time does not determine what level of service you receive.
The lounge includes ping pong and pool tables, which is an unusual detail for a business aviation FBO. For passengers or crew with time to fill during a longer ground stop, having something to do other than sit is a genuine difference from the standard lounge setup.
Heated hangars are available for aircraft overnight or during cold weather, which matters in Tulsa winters when ice and temperature can affect morning departures if the aircraft is not properly sheltered.
Tulsa International sits 6 miles from downtown Tulsa. The drive to midtown, the Gathering Place, or the Blue Dome District runs under 15 minutes in normal traffic. Passengers heading to Broken Arrow, South Tulsa, or the Tulsa Hills corridor also find the airport well positioned without requiring a long highway drive. The East Apache Street address gives straightforward access from Highway 244.
