About Signature Flight Support
Signature Flight Support at Salt Lake City International Airport provides 24/7 FBO service from its terminal at 303 North 2370 West, competing with Atlantic Aviation for the airport's substantial private aviation traffic. The facility offers luxury passenger lounges, on-site U.S. Customs and Border Protection for international arrivals, and concierge-level amenities designed for the high expectations of ski resort and corporate travelers.
The Signature network's presence at SLC means that passengers and operators who maintain Signature fuel contracts, TechLog accounts, or loyalty programs can apply their existing relationships here. Ground handling, fueling, hangar space, and aircraft services follow Signature's standardized protocols, and the concierge team coordinates rental cars, hotel reservations, restaurant bookings, and ground transportation throughout the Salt Lake Valley and mountain resort communities.
Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts are roughly 40 to 50 minutes east via I-80, making SLC the most practical commercial airport for accessing Utah's ski country. The Heber Valley Airport (KHCR), just 20 miles from Park City, offers a shorter drive but has limited FBO infrastructure. For passengers who want full-service support and customs clearance capability, Signature SLC provides both.
The airport's ongoing reconstruction, part of a multi-billion-dollar terminal replacement program, has not disrupted FBO operations on the general aviation side. The four-runway configuration handles all aircraft categories, and the airport's position along the Wasatch Front provides access to downtown Salt Lake City in about 15 minutes. Business travelers visiting the growing tech corridor known as Silicon Slopes, centered in Lehi and Draper to the south, will find SLC well positioned relative to the I-15 corridor.

Operations at Salt Lake City International Airport
Downtown Salt Lake City is 5 miles east of the airport, typically 10 to 15 minutes by car. Park City is 35 miles away via I-80, running 35 to 45 minutes outside ski season and up to 90 minutes on busy winter weekends when canyon traffic backs up. Snowbird and Alta in Little Cottonwood Canyon are about 30 miles southeast, 35 to 50 minutes depending on conditions. Deer Valley and Deer Valley East are roughly 40 miles out. Car service from both FBOs is well established. Operators including Carey Utah, Executive Transportation, and several local luxury car services regularly work KSLC private terminals. Rideshare is available but during peak ski weekends wait times can run long. For groups heading to the same resort, a pre-arranged van or SUV convoy is the standard approach.
