Signature Flight Support (North)

Signature Flight Support operates two facilities at San Antonio International. The North terminal at 557 Sandau Road handles the primary volume of corporate and large-cabin traffic. A South terminal at 1115 Paul Wilkins Road provides additional capacity on the opposite side of the field. Both locations run under Signature's ELITE+ program, 24 hours a day, and share coordination through a single phone number: +1 210-625-9100.

The North terminal covers 5,000 square feet of passenger and crew space backed by a 20,000 square foot hangar sized for aircraft through Falcon 2000 dimensions. Crew lounge areas include shower facilities, a useful feature on multi-leg sequences where crews need to refresh between duty periods. A conference room with wireless internet handles business continuity. The ground team coordinates Hertz rental car pickups on-site and runs a shuttle between the general aviation terminal and the main commercial terminal, useful for passengers splitting itineraries between charter and commercial connections.

Hotel coordination runs through the FBO's concierge desk. San Antonio's River Walk district sits roughly 15 minutes south on U.S. 281, and the Pearl District runs about five minutes closer. For medical transport missions routed to the South Texas Medical Center complex off I-10 West, the FBO's north-side position puts arriving passengers within 20 minutes of the hospital cluster.

Signature's ELITE+ designation standardizes pricing and service protocols across the global network, which simplifies billing reconciliation for flight departments running coast-to-coast or international itineraries. Fuel contracts follow standard Signature network terms.
