Flightline First is the oldest and only locally owned FBO at New Orleans Lakefront Airport, operating since 2007 on the south shore of Lake Pontchartrain. Flightline First keeps both Hertz and Enterprise rental car desks on site, and crew cars are available for flight crews. The FBO also coordinates taxi service, hotel reservations, and catering. Fueling is competitive, with Flightline consistently offering some of the lowest Jet A prices in the New Orleans market. The Runway Cafe, located next door in the airport terminal building, serves well-regarded burgers and other fare for passengers with time to spare before departure. Lakefront Airport's 6,879-foot runway accommodates most midsize and super-midsize jets, though heavier aircraft may need to use MSY instead.
