The primary hangar covers 52,000 sq ft with 28 ft door clearance, enough headroom for a Gulfstream G650 without repositioning. Total hangar capacity across the campus exceeds 80,000 sq ft. A 100,000 sq ft dedicated ramp provides room for simultaneous multi-aircraft operations without congestion.

Arrival and departure both happen inside a 7,000 sq ft heated 4-lane porte-cochere, an enclosed, climate-controlled vehicle bay where passengers move between car and aircraft without weather exposure. This design keeps arrivals fully private and shields passengers from New York winter conditions without an open-ramp walk. Inside the terminal, a staffed Starbucks coffee bar handles beverages. Three conference rooms accommodate business meetings, keeping schedule gaps productive without requiring a trip into the city. Six fireplaces are distributed throughout the terminal.
