About Million Air White Plains
Million Air White Plains occupies Hangar M at 136 Tower Road, Harrison NY, with a facility designed around the specific demands of the New York market: fast throughput, private arrivals, and amenities calibrated for passengers flying 30 miles from Midtown.
The primary hangar covers 52,000 sq ft with 28 ft door clearance, enough headroom for a Gulfstream G650 without repositioning. Total hangar capacity across the campus exceeds 80,000 sq ft. A 100,000 sq ft dedicated ramp provides room for simultaneous multi-aircraft operations without congestion.
Arrival and departure both happen inside a 7,000 sq ft heated 4-lane porte-cochere, an enclosed, climate-controlled vehicle bay where passengers move between car and aircraft without weather exposure. This design keeps arrivals fully private and shields passengers from New York winter conditions without an open-ramp walk. Inside the terminal, a staffed Starbucks coffee bar handles beverages. Three conference rooms accommodate business meetings, keeping schedule gaps productive without requiring a trip into the city. Six fireplaces are distributed throughout the terminal. The pilot lounge includes en-suite showers, and two dedicated snooze rooms allow crews to rest between legs or before early morning departures. A golf simulator is available for longer layovers.
Twenty-two tenant offices provide permanent on-field space for operators and corporate flight department staff.
Ground transportation into Manhattan runs two ways. Car service to Midtown takes 30 to 45 minutes under typical conditions. BLADE helicopter service reaches Manhattan's West 30th Street heliport in approximately 12 minutes, compressing total door-to-desk time to under 30 minutes for most Midtown destinations.
The facility runs 24 hours a day. Million Air handles aircraft from light singles up to large-cabin ultra-long-range jets, and the Westchester location is 30 miles from Midtown Manhattan.
Amenities and services
Operations at Westchester County Airport
Midtown Manhattan is about 30 miles south, typically 45 to 60 minutes by car without traffic. With heavy I-287 or Saw Mill Parkway congestion, that can stretch to 90 minutes. Greenwich CT is 15 miles east, around 20 to 25 minutes. Stamford CT is 20 miles east, 25 to 30 minutes. Car service from the Westchester and Greenwich area runs directly to the FBO ramp. Uber and Lyft are available but local hired car services are more reliable for timed arrivals. For Manhattan-bound passengers who need to beat traffic, helicopter transfers to the West 30th Street Heliport are available from the field. The heliport is about 5 minutes by air from KHPN and puts passengers in Midtown in under 20 minutes total.
