About Signature Flight Support FTY
Signature Flight Support operates the FBO at Fulton County Executive Airport, also known as Charlie Brown Field, six miles west of downtown Atlanta. The airport has a 24/7 control tower and U.S. Customs availability, making it one of the more capable general aviation airports in the Atlanta metro area.
The facility sits at 3956 Aviation Circle NW, near the intersection of I-20 and I-285 on Atlanta's west side. Signature FTY provides a pilot lounge with a video library, showers, and hangar space that can accommodate midsize business jets up to Hawker 800XP or Citation Excel class, though availability should be confirmed in advance.
Fulton County Airport is the closest private aviation airport to many of Atlanta's most important business and entertainment destinations. Mercedes-Benz Stadium, home of the Atlanta Falcons and major concerts and events, is about 10 minutes east. State Farm Arena, the Georgia World Congress Center, and Centennial Olympic Park are all in the same downtown cluster. The Atlanta University Center consortium, CNN Center, and the city's growing Westside business district are also nearby.
The airport features a 5,796-foot primary runway, which accommodates light and midsize business jets but limits operations for larger-cabin aircraft. Passengers flying larger jets typically use DeKalb-Peachtree Airport or Hartsfield-Jackson, but for those with appropriately sized aircraft, Fulton County's proximity to downtown Atlanta is hard to beat.
For charter passengers attending events, visiting corporate offices in downtown or Midtown Atlanta, or conducting business on the west side of the metro area, Signature FTY provides the shortest path from aircraft to destination. The Signature network's consistent service standards apply here, backed by the convenience of an airport that puts you at the center of one of the South's most dynamic cities.
