About Jetex London

Jetex London opened at Hangar 510 at Biggin Hill Airport, marking the Dubai-based company's 35th global location and its first in the United Kingdom. The 1,900 square meter private terminal was purpose-built to Jetex's international design standards, featuring several distinctly furnished lounges designed with passenger privacy in mind. The interior includes retail and entertainment areas, fully equipped boardrooms for pre-flight or post-arrival meetings, and shower suites for passengers who want to freshen up. Crew facilities include a full range of on-site recreational and flight support resources. On-site UK Border Force and customs control are integrated into the terminal, ensuring that international arrivals and departures are processed efficiently within the building. The Jetex team provides ground transport arrangements, hotel accommodation, catering, and comprehensive concierge services. Biggin Hill's location puts Canary Wharf just nine miles away and central London approximately 15 miles to the north. The six-minute helicopter transfer to Battersea Helipad is available for passengers who need the fastest possible route into the city. As one of three FBOs at Biggin Hill (alongside Signature and the airport's own Executive Handling), Jetex brings a global private aviation perspective to the London market. The terminal's contemporary design and lounge-forward layout distinguish it from the more traditional FBO facilities in the area. Biggin Hill is exclusively a business and general aviation airport with no commercial traffic, which means no slot restrictions and minimal ground delays. For charter passengers, Jetex London offers a modern terminal experience with the backing of a well-established international FBO network.

Central London is 14 miles northwest. By car, expect 45 to 60 minutes in normal traffic via the A233 and A21, longer during the evening rush. The M25 is about 4 miles away, useful if your destination is outside the city. Canary Wharf runs about 18 miles and 55 to 75 minutes by road. Helicopter transfer to a London helipad (Battersea or similar) takes roughly 12 minutes and is a practical option if you need to be somewhere by a hard time. Car service is the standard choice for most passengers; the airport has no rail connection.
