Signature Flight Support Terminal 1

Signature Flight Support Terminal 1 is one of two standalone Signature terminals at London Luton, the UK's busiest airport for private jet traffic. The terminal building covers 1,572 square meters and includes dedicated VIP lounges, executive conference rooms, and its own customs, immigration, and security screening facilities. The attached hangar space spans 4,500 square meters, large enough to house two Boeing Business Jet or Airbus Corporate Jet sized aircraft simultaneously. Passengers arriving by car enter through Signature's private entrance on Percival Way, check in at the terminal, and relax in the lounge until their aircraft is ready. At departure time, passengers are driven across the tarmac directly to their jet. For arriving flights, the process works in reverse, with customs cleared inside the FBO before passengers step into their waiting vehicle. Signature operates 24 hours a day at Luton, accommodating early-morning and late-night flights without restriction. The facility provides full ramp-side vehicle access, valet parking, and concierge services for ground transport arrangements. London Luton handles a significant share of London's private jet movements and benefits from less slot congestion than Heathrow. The airport is approximately 30 miles north of central London via the M1 motorway. Signature's two-terminal presence at Luton gives the operator substantial capacity during peak periods.
