About Flite Line Services
Flite Line Services operates the Shell Aviation FBO at London International Airport in Ontario, providing 24/7 customs clearance along with a full range of ground services. The facility at 2230 Flying Club Road offers Jet A1, Avgas, and Type I and Type IV de-icing, with runways capable of handling aircraft up to a Boeing 747 and ample parking on a new ramp area. Flite Line delivers ground handling for a diverse clientele including corporate, commercial, military, and general aviation aircraft. Services include ground power, heat carts, air starts, stairs, towing, cargo handling with a forklift, potable water service, lavatory service, and baggage cart handling. The FBO also provides avionics maintenance services. For charter passengers, Flite Line offers a service-oriented operation that runs around the clock, which distinguishes it from the other FBO at London (Executive Aviation) that operates standard daytime hours. The 24/7 customs capability is particularly useful for US-bound or US-origin flights, as London is about midway between Toronto and Detroit. The airport is approximately 15 minutes from downtown London, a southwestern Ontario city of about 400,000 people. Flite Line is part of the Shell Aviation network, which means operators who use Shell fuel products across Canada may benefit from fuel pricing arrangements. Ground transport, car rentals, and other logistics can be coordinated through the FBO staff. The new ramp provides additional parking capacity beyond what was previously available, reducing the likelihood of parking constraints during busy periods.
