M Jet FBO

M Jet is Barbados' only FBO with a private hangar and ramp, operating from a 3,200 square foot terminal at Grantley Adams International Airport. The facility opened in 2020 and includes 36,000 square feet of hangar space that can accommodate aircraft up to Boeing Business Jet and Airbus ACJ size, making it one of the few Caribbean hangars capable of housing the largest business jets.

The passenger terminal features a VIP lounge, crew suite with shower facilities and kitchenette, a conference room with full A/V and web conferencing capability, and a business center. The coffee bar, massage chair, and quiet crew lounge add comfort for longer ground stops. M Jet's in-house customs and immigration facility, typically open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, processes arrivals and departures without routing passengers through the commercial terminal. A pet relief area is available for passengers traveling with animals.

Beyond passenger services, M Jet provides on-site aircraft light maintenance including oxygen and nitrogen servicing, plus aircraft detailing. The private apron ensures aircraft are parked away from commercial traffic, and the FBO operates 24 hours for arrivals and departures.

The concierge service connects passengers with VIP access to hotels, villas, residences, golf courses, and yachts across Barbados. Car rentals are available on site, and full-service catering can be arranged for departing flights. M Jet has been added to Universal Aviation's portfolio, which brings the facility into a global network of ground support services.
