Signature Kona

Signature Flight Support operates one of two FBOs at Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport on Hawaii's Big Island, providing ground handling and Jet A fueling for private and charter aircraft. The facility is located at 73-360 U'u Street in Kailua-Kona and operates seven days a week from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The FBO offers a passenger lounge, concierge services, on-site car rentals, and coordination of ground transportation including limousine and luxury vehicle service. For passengers arriving on longer flights from the U.S. mainland, the lounge provides a comfortable transition point while the ground team arranges transfers to the Kohala Coast resorts, Kailua Village, or the Waikoloa Beach area.

Kona International's 11,000-foot runway is one of the longest in Hawaii and can handle wide-body and ultra-long-range aircraft with nonstop service from anywhere on the U.S. West Coast and most cities in the western United States. The airport sits at sea level on the dry leeward side of the island, which translates to reliable VFR conditions and far fewer weather delays than Hilo on the windward side.

The Big Island draws private jet travelers for its diverse landscape, from the active Kilauea volcano at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park to the white sand beaches of the Kohala Coast and the world-class deep-sea fishing off Kona's coast. Championship golf courses at Mauna Lani, Mauna Kea, and Hualalai are within 30 minutes of the airport. Signature's team coordinates these logistics and can arrange catering for departing flights from local providers. The FBO is also pet friendly, which matters for passengers traveling with animals on longer charter flights.
