About Jetex Dubai
Jetex operates the largest FBO terminal at Dubai's Al Maktoum International Airport, with a 1,500 square meter terminal and 50,000 square meters of dedicated ramp parking. The facility has earned both IS-BAH Stage 2 and NATA Safety 1st certifications, and it won FBO of the Year at the Aviation Business Awards in consecutive years.
The interior makes an immediate impression. Designer furniture by Zaha Hadid fills the spaces, and the aesthetic runs toward contemporary luxury rather than traditional Arabian opulence. Passengers can retreat to private shower suites available around the clock, relax in Metronaps sleep pods, or settle into the cigar lounge. Luxury en-suite bedrooms provide an option for longer layovers or overnight stops. A dedicated kids club accommodates families traveling with children. The terminal also features the world's first Rolls-Royce airside transfer service, ferrying passengers between the terminal and their aircraft.
The Jetex Guest Experience Team manages all documentation, luggage handling, customs clearance, immigration processing, and VAT refund procedures. This means passengers hand off everything upon arrival or before departure and simply walk through. On-site customs and immigration operate 24 hours. The concierge arranges VIP ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and personalized itineraries throughout Dubai and the UAE.
Dubai's Al Maktoum International is increasingly the preferred airport for private aviation, offering less congestion and more flexible slot availability than Dubai International. Jetex's investment in the facility reflects that trajectory, and the sheer scale of the ramp space means even the busiest charter weekends and event periods do not create parking constraints.
