ExecuJet's Dubai Al Maktoum terminal is one of the most lavish private aviation facilities in the world, spanning 15,000 square meters across three levels. The facility holds IS-BAH Stage 2 accreditation, the international safety benchmark for business aviation handling, and every detail of the interior is designed to match the hospitality standards Dubai is known for.

The ground floor handles arrivals and departures with on-site customs, immigration, and baggage screening just steps from the aircraft. Upper levels house the main passenger areas, including the Majlis Lounge designed by acclaimed Lebanese designer Nada Debs, private suites including the Al Samaa (Arabic for "sky") suite, and a cocktail and cigar lounge. The ExecuSpa, operated by SENSASIA Spas, offers everything from express massages to full wellness treatments, featuring a salt wall, sauna, and ice fountain. This is the region's first FBO to include a full airside suite, allowing passengers to rest in complete privacy without leaving the secure area.

A 7,000 square meter air-conditioned hangar with state-of-the-art security systems and storage supports aircraft of all sizes, while 14,000 square meters of dedicated parking space ensures ample room during peak periods. The facility operates around the clock with full ground handling, fueling, GPU, and concierge services.
