About White Crown Aviation
White Crown Aviation has operated as the sole FBO at North Eleuthera Airport since 2001, providing the only ground handling and fuel services for private aircraft arriving on this stretch of the island. The facility sits directly adjacent to the terminal and handles all Bahamas Customs and Immigration processing on site, so passengers clear entry without leaving the FBO area.
The operation supplies both Jet A and 100LL fuel, making it accessible to turbine and piston aircraft alike. Beyond fueling, White Crown provides real-time weather briefings, wireless internet, tie-down space, and a passenger waiting area. Ground support services cover marshalling, baggage handling, and coordination of ground transportation to resorts and ferry docks.
North Eleuthera is the primary arrival point for travelers heading to Harbour Island, one of the most sought-after destinations in the Bahamas known for its pink sand beaches and colonial architecture. From the airport, it is a short taxi ride to the water taxi dock at Three Island Dock, where boats make the five-minute crossing to Harbour Island throughout the day. The FBO staff can arrange this transfer and coordinate vehicle rentals on Eleuthera as well.
While the facility is modest compared to larger Bahamian FBOs, White Crown compensates with attentive personal service and efficient customs processing that gets passengers off the ramp and onto the island quickly. The airport's 7,000-foot runway handles midsize jets comfortably, and the uncongested airspace and straightforward approaches make North Eleuthera a preferred entry point for charter passengers visiting the northern Out Islands.

Taxis meet arriving flights and charge fixed government rates for the 3-mile run to the water taxi dock at Three Island Wharf. The water taxi crossing to Harbour Island takes roughly 5 minutes and runs throughout the day. Once on Harbour Island, golf carts are the standard mode of transport. The island is about 3 miles long and most hotels, restaurants, and Pink Sands Beach are within easy golf cart range of the Harbour Island dock. Car rentals are available on the Eleuthera mainland for passengers heading further south toward Gregory Town or Governor's Harbour, which is about 35 miles down the Queen's Highway.
