Customs and immigration are located on-site within the terminal, providing convenient clearance for international arrivals without requiring passengers to visit the main commercial terminal complex. Signature offers a waived handling fee structure tied to minimum fuel purchases, which can reduce the overall cost of stopping at Tocumen.

The FBO operates Monday through Sunday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with after-hours service available by calling ahead. The team handles fueling, aircraft parking, passenger lounge services, ground transportation, and concierge coordination for passengers heading into Panama City or connecting to other Central American destinations.
