On-site customs and immigration processing means international arrivals clear formalities within the FBO rather than mixing with commercial traffic.

The 24/7 operations center coordinates all ground handling, including fueling with Jet A1, passenger meet-and-assist, crew transport on the airside, landing and overflight permit management, and VIP catering arrangements. Ground transportation is organized through the concierge desk, with luxury sedan and van services available for transfers to Madrid's business district, the historic center, or onward travel to destinations like Toledo, Segovia, or the Sierra de Guadarrama.
