About ExecuJet
ExecuJet operates an IS-BAH Stage 2 accredited FBO at the General Aviation Terminal of Ibiza Airport, positioned with direct access to the runway for efficient ground movements. The facility is part of ExecuJet's global network, now under the Luxaviation Group umbrella, and brings international service standards to one of the Mediterranean's most demanding seasonal markets.
The terminal features VIP passenger lounges with a stylish interior, internet access, daily newspapers, and a selection of refreshments. The design leans toward contemporary Mediterranean, providing a calm space to relax before boarding or while waiting for ground transport after arrival. A separate crew area includes a briefing room with internet access and refreshments on demand.
ExecuJet's ground team handles all aircraft services including fueling, marshalling, and parking coordination, along with passenger and baggage assistance, security screening, and customs and immigration processing. The staff arranges hotel accommodations, restaurant reservations, car rentals, and limousine transfers, drawing on detailed knowledge of Ibiza's logistics, which can be complex during peak season from June through September when the island's roads and services are at maximum capacity.
The airport operates with 24-hour availability, giving flight departments flexibility for late-night and early-morning departures that are common during the summer party season and major events. Extended hours can be requested for operations outside standard scheduling.
Ibiza Airport is located about 7 kilometers southwest of Ibiza Town, with most of the island's hotels, beach clubs, and villas within a 30-minute drive. The FBO's proximity to the runway and dedicated terminal means passengers can move from car to cabin quickly, avoiding the congestion of the main commercial terminal that handles millions of leisure travelers each summer.

Operations at Ibiza Airport
Ibiza Town is 7km northeast of the airport, about 15 minutes by car. San Antonio, on the west coast, is roughly 15km away and takes 20 to 25 minutes depending on summer traffic. Santa Eulalia on the east coast runs about 20km and 25 minutes. The island is small enough that no destination takes more than 40 minutes by road. Prebooked car services and private transfers are widely available and strongly recommended in July and August when taxi queues at the commercial terminal are long. If you are continuing to Formentera, the ferry port in Ibiza Town is the connection point, with crossings taking 25 to 35 minutes depending on the service.
