JETS FBO operates a full-service facility at Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport, part of the broader JETS FBO Network that serves multiple airports across the region. The operation handles both general and commercial aviation traffic from its location at 1453 Youngstown Kingsville Road in Vienna, Ohio.

The terminal features executive lounges for both passengers and crew, conference rooms, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the building. Vending machines and refreshments are available in the crew lounge area, which includes televisions and comfortable seating. On-site rental cars eliminate the need to arrange outside transportation, and hotel bookings can be coordinated through the front desk.

JETS sells both Jet A and avgas, with contract fuel programs available for operators who fly through regularly. The facility offers heated hangar storage for monthly and nightly stays, which matters during northeast Ohio winters when temperatures regularly drop below freezing. Type I and Type IV deicing services keep operations moving through ice and snow events that are common from November through March.

One of the more practical features for charter passengers is vehicle access directly to the ramp for planeside pickups and drop-offs. Rather than walking through a terminal, your car can meet you steps from the aircraft stairs.
