About Million Air Syracuse
Million Air Syracuse is one of the newest FBO facilities in New York State, located at Syracuse Hancock International Airport. The state-of-the-art complex features a 26,000-square-foot heated hangar with LED lighting, white epoxy floors, and door height sufficient to accommodate the largest corporate jets. The second floor of the terminal overlooks both the ramp and the hangar interior through large glass windows.
Passenger and crew amenities are extensive. The main floor includes a hospitality check-in area and concierge desk, a soda and coffee bar, and a welcoming lobby. A private movie theater provides an unusual but appreciated diversion during longer ground stops. Dedicated pilot sleep rooms, a flight planning area, and two multimedia conference rooms serve both crews and business travelers. Mercedes crew vehicles are available, and Wi-Fi extends throughout the building, hangar, and ramp areas.
On-site U.S. Customs and Immigration supports international arrivals without requiring a reposition to another airport, a significant convenience for passengers arriving from Canada or transatlantic origins. The customs facility at Syracuse is relatively uncrowded compared to the major East Coast ports of entry.
Syracuse sits at the geographic center of New York State, within 90 minutes of the Finger Lakes wine region, Turning Stone Resort, and the Adirondack Park's southern reaches. Syracuse University generates consistent game-day traffic during football and basketball seasons. The Carrier Dome (now JMA Wireless Dome) draws 40,000-plus fans for major events. For corporate travelers, Syracuse serves as a hub for defense contractors, healthcare systems, and the growing Upstate biotech sector. Million Air's investment in this market reflects the region's steady private aviation demand.
