About Atlantic Aviation
Atlantic Aviation at Harry Reid International calls itself the FBO that never sleeps, which accurately describes a Las Vegas operation. The facility sits at 275 East Tropicana Avenue, two blocks from the Las Vegas Strip. MGM Grand, Excalibur, Tropicana, Luxor, New York-New York, and Mandalay Bay are all adjacent to the address.
The 24-hour operation reflects the city's demand pattern. Las Vegas hosts more than 40 million visitors per year, and private aviation traffic spikes around major events: CES in January, major boxing and MMA events, and the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix. During peak event weeks, quick-turn capability and concierge coordination matter more than any other metric.
Concierge services cover hotel room coordination, catering, and ground transportation around the clock. Conference rooms are available for passengers who need to work or meet before heading to the Strip. The Atlantic network of more than 100 locations means multi-city itineraries involving other Atlantic FBOs can be coordinated through a single point of contact.
The Tropicana Avenue address puts the FBO closer to the south end of the Strip than to the airport's main terminal. For passengers whose final destination is a property on the south Strip, the ground transport distance is minimal, often under 5 minutes.
Harry Reid handles concentrated bursts of charter traffic during major events. Passengers arriving during CES or race week should expect heavier ramp activity and coordinate arrival windows in advance. First-class transportation from the ramp to the Strip is available through the concierge desk regardless of the hour.

Operations at Harry Reid International Airport
The Las Vegas Strip runs roughly 4 to 6 miles north of the airport. Drive time to major Strip hotels is 10 to 20 minutes under normal conditions, though Friday and Saturday nights can push that to 30 minutes or more on Las Vegas Boulevard. Downtown Fremont Street is about 8 miles and 15 to 25 minutes depending on traffic. All three FBOs can coordinate black car service or limousine pickup directly to the ramp. Rideshare pickup is available at the commercial terminals but not at the private FBOs; car service arranged through your FBO is the standard option.
