About Atlantic Aviation GPI

Atlantic Aviation at Glacier Park International Airport is the company's first Montana location, acquired from Glacier Jet Center, which had operated on the field for nearly five decades. The FBO sits in the Flathead Valley near Kalispell, serving as the primary private aviation gateway to Glacier National Park, Whitefish Mountain Resort, and Flathead Lake, the largest natural freshwater lake west of the Mississippi. The facility features multiple heated hangars sized to accommodate large-cabin aircraft up to a Gulfstream GV and Bombardier Global XRS, which matters in a location where winter temperatures regularly drop well below freezing. The fuel farm holds 137,000 gallons of Jet-A and 24,000 gallons of 100LL Avgas, with a self-service Avgas station also available. U.S. Customs is on the field for international arrivals, a practical feature given the proximity to the Canadian border, roughly 35 miles north. Atlantic provides full ground handling, de-icing, crew support, and passenger concierge services. The airport's 8,000-foot runway can handle virtually any business jet. Whitefish ski resort is about 15 miles north, and the west entrance to Glacier National Park at Apgar is roughly 30 miles east. Summer brings hikers, fly fishermen, and visitors to the Going-to-the-Sun Road, while winter draws skiers to Whitefish's 3,000 acres of terrain. Atlantic's acquisition brought their national network's booking platform and fuel programs to a region that has seen significant growth in private aviation traffic over the past decade.
