About Atlantic Aviation ELP
Atlantic Aviation is one of two FBOs at El Paso International Airport, operating around the clock at 1771 Shuttle Columbia Drive. The facility provides full-service general aviation support including fueling, maintenance, tie-down and hangar storage, and charter services at this U.S.-Mexico border airport.
The 24-hour operation is a meaningful differentiator for charter passengers and operators who need flexibility with arrival and departure times. El Paso's position in the Mountain Time Zone and its role as a gateway between the United States and Mexico mean that flights arrive and depart at all hours, particularly those connected to cross-border manufacturing and logistics operations.
Atlantic Aviation ELP handles international operations at the airport, providing customs and immigration support for flights crossing the border. El Paso International features runways capable of accommodating all business jet types, and the airport's relatively uncongested traffic environment means efficient ground handling without the delays common at busier metropolitan airports.
El Paso is the largest U.S. city on the Mexican border, with a metropolitan area of nearly one million people. The economy is driven by military spending at Fort Bliss, one of the Army's largest installations, along with manufacturing, healthcare, and the cross-border maquiladora industry. The University of Texas at El Paso adds an educational and research dimension to the city.
For charter passengers, Atlantic Aviation ELP offers the reliability and breadth of services that come with one of the country's largest FBO chains. The 24-hour availability, international handling capability, and on-site maintenance make it a practical choice for both quick fuel stops along Southwest routing and purposeful trips to the El Paso-Juarez borderplex.
