Western Aircraft holds an 18-acre leasehold at 4300 South Kennedy Street in Boise. The main hangar covers 80,000 square feet, and a Phase 1 expansion added a new 53,000 square foot heated hangar as part of a $17 million build-out, bringing enclosed coverage to 133,000 square feet. The ramp spans 300,000 square feet and parks aircraft up to Boeing 757 dimensions. Both the hangar and ramp dimensions accommodate wide-body and large-cabin jets with enough surrounding clearance to work around them comfortably.

The private terminal includes a pilot lounge, an executive conference room, and a dedicated flight planning area. Western Aircraft welcomes pets, which matters on longer charter itineraries where passengers travel with dogs. Avfuel fuel programs cover most corporate card arrangements without prepayment complications. Standard hours run 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, with call-out service available outside those windows. Coordinate in advance if your departure falls past 9 p.m.

On the maintenance side, Western Aircraft holds an FAA-certified Class IV repair facility with technicians on-site. The operation has earned OSHA SHARP safety recognition, a designation that requires independent verification of hazard controls across the facility rather than self-reported compliance. That certification reflects how the shop runs day-to-day. If your aircraft develops a squawk during a Boise layover, Western has the infrastructure to address it without ferrying to another field.

Downtown Boise sits about 15 minutes from the facility by car. For larger groups arriving on mid-size to heavy jets, Western's ramp capacity and maintenance depth make it the most operationally complete option at KBOI. Sun Valley ski charters and multi-aircraft corporate events both use Western regularly for its storage and service range.
