About Million Air Albany
Million Air Albany is the exclusive FBO at Albany International Airport, providing the sole private aviation facility on the airfield. The full-service operation runs 24 hours and includes comfortable pilot and passenger lounges, a golf simulator for crew entertainment during longer waits, and Mercedes-Benz SUV and EV sedan crew cars available for ground transport. Flight planning facilities and both Jet-A and Avgas fueling are standard services. The hangar can accommodate aircraft up to Gulfstream G550 size, and the ramp handles aircraft of any size without restriction. The facility provides a well-appointed environment with views of the surrounding area and the services expected from the Million Air brand, which operates premium FBOs across North America. Albany International Airport serves as the primary gateway to New York's capital region, the Hudson Valley, the Adirondacks, and western New England. The airport is located about seven miles northwest of downtown Albany, with Interstate 87 (the Northway) providing fast connections north to Saratoga Springs and Lake Placid, and Interstate 90 running east-west to Boston and Buffalo. For charter passengers, Million Air Albany provides a polished FBO experience at an airport that sees moderate private aviation traffic, meaning personalized attention rather than the assembly-line handling that can occur at busier facilities. The golf simulator is an unusual amenity that sets this location apart from typical FBOs and is appreciated by crew members with time to fill. As the only FBO on the field, Million Air benefits from handling all private aviation traffic at the airport, which ensures the facility is well-staffed and maintained. Ground transport to the State Capitol, Saratoga Race Course, or nearby Berkshire attractions is easily arranged.
