About Lehigh Valley Aviation Services
Lehigh Valley Aviation Services is a full-service FBO and member of the Air Elite Network at Lehigh Valley International Airport in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The facility is based in Hangar 7, a building originally constructed in 1958 for Bethlehem Steel's aviation department. After Bethlehem Steel eliminated its flight department in 1985, the hangar eventually passed to the Lehigh Northampton Airport Authority, which took over FBO operations in 2004. The passenger terminal has been recently renovated and includes a kitchen, a ten-seat conference room, pilot lounge, flight planning room, and concierge services. A courtesy shuttle and crew car are available for ground transport. The facility also features a brand new 54,000 square foot state-of-the-art hangar for aircraft storage, providing secure accommodations for visiting jets. Lehigh Valley International is the third-busiest airport in Pennsylvania and handles a significant volume of both commercial and general aviation traffic. The airport is located in the Lehigh Valley region of eastern Pennsylvania, approximately 60 miles north of Philadelphia and 90 miles west of New York City. Interstate 78 and US Route 22 provide fast highway connections to both cities. For charter passengers, the Lehigh Valley offers a practical alternative to the congested New York and Philadelphia metro airports. The Air Elite Network membership signals a commitment to elevated service standards. The FBO team handles everything from fueling (both Jet-A and Avgas) to arranging ground transport to destinations across the Lehigh Valley, Poconos, and surrounding areas. Passengers heading to corporate headquarters in Allentown, Bethlehem, or Easton will find this a convenient and well-equipped arrival point.
