About Jetex Dakhla
Jetex operates a dedicated FBO facility at Dakhla Airport on Morocco's southern Atlantic coast, positioned adjacent to the main terminal building. The facility includes private lounges, meeting rooms, and entertainment areas designed for passengers to relax or work before their flights. Jetex won the Moroccan National Airports Authority (ONDA) tender for FBO operations across five Moroccan airports, with Dakhla opening between January and June 2017 as part of that rollout. The FBO provides a comprehensive service list: ground handling and GSE services, aircraft parking, fuel arrangements, customs and immigration processing, flight planning with weather briefing and NOTAMs, catering arrangements, and concierge services. The team includes multilingual staff to accommodate the international travelers who visit this remote coastal destination. Crew services include accommodation arrangements, crew and VIP passenger transportation, and executive lounge access. Dakhla sits on a narrow peninsula extending into the Atlantic Ocean in Morocco's southern territory, known primarily as a world-class destination for kitesurfing, windsurfing, and fishing. The warm and windy conditions attract water sports enthusiasts from Europe and beyond, and the area has seen growing tourism development in recent years. The airport has a runway sufficient for midsize jets and handles a modest volume of private aviation traffic. For charter passengers, Jetex Dakhla provides a professional arrival experience at what is otherwise a fairly remote airport with limited infrastructure. The FBO ensures that passengers arriving by private jet have lounge access, customs processing, and ground transport coordination handled by the Jetex team, creating a smooth transition from aircraft to the Dakhla lagoon area where most hotels and resorts are located.
