About North Sea Aviation Center
North Sea Aviation Center (NSAC) is a brand-new FBO at Ostend-Bruges International Airport, built to serve as the dedicated business aviation gateway in Belgium. The facility consists of a 900 square-meter (approximately 9,690 square-foot) three-story passenger terminal and nearly 10,000 square meters of hangar space, handling aircraft up to 45.5 tonnes MTOW. The terminal features in-house customs and border control, a VIP lounge, concierge service, a pilots lounge with four snooze rooms and shower facilities, a 20-seat conference room, tenant office space, and a rooftop bar and terrace. The crew bedrooms make NSAC particularly practical for night stops, allowing crews to rest on site rather than booking hotels. The hangars are among the most modern general aviation hangars in Belgium. NSAC operates 24/7, taking advantage of Ostend-Bruges International Airport's 3.2-kilometer runway, low fuel prices, and availability of ATC at all hours with no slot requirements. Ramp handling includes passenger and crew transport between aircraft and terminal, luggage handling, aircraft marshalling, towing, and pushback. For charter passengers, Ostend-Bruges positions itself as an alternative to congested airports in London, Paris, and Brussels for overnight parking or as a primary destination for Belgium's coast and the historic city of Bruges (about 25 kilometers south). The airport also provides opportunities for on-site aircraft maintenance and rental office space. The rooftop terrace offers a distinctive amenity that most FBOs lack, providing an elevated view of airport operations.
