About Million Air Calgary
Million Air Calgary was voted Best Canadian FBO in the Pro Pilot 2019 PRASE Survey and operates the newest facility, fuel trucks, and ground service equipment at Calgary International Airport. The terminal features a theatre room for entertainment during layovers, upscale crew and passenger lounges, a flight planning room, a snooze room, a conference room, and complimentary snacks and refreshments throughout. A Mercedes-Benz courtesy car is available for crew and passengers, and on-site car rentals provide immediate ground transport options. One of the facility's unique features is Canada's only Citation Mobile Service Unit on site, which provides Cessna Citation maintenance support without requiring aircraft to be repositioned. Million Air's line service professionals are NATA trained and certified by FlightSafety's Gulfstream Ground Handling and Servicing Training, a notable credential that signals attention to aircraft handling quality. Canada Customs is co-located on site, and the heated hangar protects aircraft during Calgary's cold-weather months. For charter passengers, Million Air delivers a premium experience that competes well against the three other FBOs at YYC. The theatre room is a distinctive amenity, useful for passengers traveling with families or groups who need entertainment during a delay. The facility emphasizes luxury touches, from the Mercedes-Benz courtesy vehicle to the upscale lounge decor. Calgary International is about 20 minutes from downtown and serves as the primary gateway to Banff, Lake Louise, and the Canadian Rockies ski and resort destinations.

Operations at Calgary International Airport
Downtown Calgary is about 11 miles southwest and takes 20 to 30 minutes by car, depending on traffic on Deerfoot Trail. The drive is straightforward with no tolls. Most FBOs can arrange dedicated car service or coordinate with local providers like Prestige Transportation. Banff is 80 miles west and takes roughly 90 minutes by car via the Trans-Canada Highway. Canmore, the closest Rockies town, is about 70 miles and 75 minutes. For guests heading to Banff or Lake Louise, private SUV transfers are the standard option; helicopter transfers from CYYC to Banff-area helipads are available through operators in the region but require advance coordination.
