About Lux FBO
Lux FBO was established in 2021 at Quebec City's Jean Lesage International Airport, making it a relatively new entrant in the Quebec business aviation market. The facility operates 24/7, handling all aircraft types that the airport can accommodate, with full ground services and customs processing for international arrivals. Lux has a strategic alliance with WAAS Aerospace that goes beyond traditional ground handling, incorporating a VIP experience with dedicated catering capabilities. Specialized aircraft mechanics are on site for maintenance check-ups and more involved service work. The FBO is located at 706A 7e Avenue de l'Aeroport, about 20 minutes from downtown Quebec City, making it the closest private aviation facility to the provincial capital for business meetings. For charter passengers, Lux provides a personalized alternative to the larger FBO operations at Montreal. Quebec City's airport handles considerably less private jet traffic than Trudeau or Mirabel, which translates to faster processing and less ramp congestion. The city itself is a year-round destination, from winter Carnival season to summer festivals, plus a gateway to ski resorts at Mont-Sainte-Anne and Stoneham. Lux offers competitive fuel prices and positions itself as a service-oriented operation focused on individual attention to each flight. The facility can coordinate ground transport, hotel bookings, and catering arrangements through its concierge team.
