About Helibellule FBO
Helibellule FBO is a private facility located directly on the tarmac at Montreal-Mirabel International Airport, about 45 minutes northwest of downtown Montreal. The FBO offers a VIP lounge with a range of amenities and secured hangar space for visiting aircraft. Helibellule handles all types of aircraft on its private, secured ramp with direct access between the terminal and the apron. As of 2019, international passengers and crew can be processed at the Helibellule facility, with Canada Border Services capable of handling general aviation aircraft carrying up to 15 people. The company also provides helicopter transfers and cargo handling. 100LL fuel is available on site. Mirabel was originally built as Montreal's primary international airport but now focuses on cargo and general aviation, which means the field is uncongested and offers fast taxi times with no slot requirements. For charter passengers, Mirabel can be a practical alternative to Montreal Trudeau (CYUL), especially for travelers headed to the Laurentians ski country or communities north of Montreal. The drive to downtown Montreal takes roughly 45 minutes via Autoroute 15. The FBO is located at 12655 Rue Service A-4 and can be reached at 450-476-1000. Helibellule positions itself as a boutique operation with a personal touch, handling a smaller volume of flights than the larger FBOs at Trudeau, which can translate to more attentive service and shorter wait times on arrival and departure.
